Welsh rugby genetics

Welsh rugby genetics     While welsh rugby may not be in the spot light as much of the likes as new Zealand or the pacific islands it is still a team that I myself grew up watching in Swansea and still enjoy watching and my player issue jersey is one of my most prized jerseys. Rugby originates from wales all the way back when a small school boy bored of playing football picked up the ball and his school mates chased him and tackled him to get the ball back. So one reason why some people say that the welsh are a team to be reckoned with is because they have had the most time to learn the sport and to train in it. But why I think the welsh rugby is on the rise apart from their general big size and strength is because they are as passionate as they get second maybe to the new Zealand team and some islanders. During the national athem some players are just moving their lips like goldfish miming along and some don't even make the effort to open their mouth but thi

New Zealand rugby genes and how they succeed. The nation of New Zealand is a small one with a small population and a GPD so how then can it be the most successful rugby nation in the world. What drives them to succeed ? One big reason that they succeed over all else is that they are absolutely rugby mad . The rewards are higher for playing rugby than for other sports and somewhat easier because of the wide range of positions in rugby athletes of all shapes and sizes can find a place for them on the pitch. So in short players in New Zealand are

In 2003 the Samoan team took the  rugby world cup by storm. They did this by using incredible strength and power with every little understanding of tactical plays or strategy and virtually no budget for equipment. So how with could this small group of islands in the south pacific have strength and power that rivalled the power house of the rugby world cup England and nearly win. Its all down to life style, diet and genetics. Samoans take three thinks serious family, food religion. Samoans only eat food they grow or hunt themselves which means they have a greater appreciation of the food so they don't over eat like some other countries. Hunting the food also makes them stronger and hardier. Also they take part in lots of strenuous exercise such as rowing and sailing making their gene pool stronger. So in short Samoans are good at rugby because they are strong and tough and can hit hard and get hit hard and keep going. If you are interested in learning more about
